Mashik provides annual service and maintenance for all types of elevators. We have a service center that operates around the clock in order to give the customer a sense of confidence and respond to his needs quickly, courteously and efficiently.
The annual service includes
- Repair all types of lift defaults, quickly and efficiently, and replace spare parts immediately if necessary (*according to the type of maintenance contracts described and detailed below)
- Routine and periodic maintenance to maintain the elevator and prevent malfunctions
- Immediate rescue service that operates 24 hours around the clock.
- Attendance at periodic inspections by a certified elevator inspector from the Ministry of Economy in order to maintain the fitness and safety of the elevator.
- Handling the requirements of a certified inspector and removing defects the service and maintenance is managed in accordance with a quality assurance procedure that is in accordance with the Israeli standard and the strict supervision of the Standards Institute and the regulations of the Ministry of Labor.
There are 3 types of annual service contracts that can be purchased
- Comprehensive service – service and maintenance according to the sections mentioned above – including the replacement of spare parts.
- Standard service – service and maintenance route according to the sections mentioned above – does not include replacement of spare parts which are paid separately if necessary.
- Preservation route – suitable for unused elevators: includes a number of preventive treatments per year (adapted to the type of elevator) in order to preserve the good function of the elevator and prevent degeneration of its parts.
